Suzanne Blankenship and Stephen Lowery are advocates for community associations.  To that end, their vision was to create a team of legal professionals in Northwest Florida who would devote their energies to the representation of condominium, homeowner and office park associations.  From that idea, Coastal Association Law Group, P.L. was formed in late 2009.   With over twenty-five years combined experience in community association law and real estate law, our attorneys understand the unique legal needs of community associations and stand ready to meet them.  Coastal Association Law Group’s offices are conveniently located in downtown Pensacola and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin®, but its attorneys represent associations throughout Northwest Florida.
