Stephen Lowery earned his bachelor’s degree with high honors in Political Science from the University of West Florida and his Juris Doctorate with high honors from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, where he was the associate editor of the Cumberland Law Review. He is admitted to practice law before all Florida Courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Stephen is a member of the Florida Bar and its Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, as well as the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law before all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Stephen is also an active member of the North Gulf Coast Chapter of Community Associations Institute, an organization devoted to representing the interests of condominium associations and homeowners’ associations throughout the United States.
Stephen’s practice is focused on matters involving community association law and litigation. A significant portion of his practice involves serving as legal counsel for numerous condominium and homeowners’ associations through Northwest Florida with an emphasis on assessment collections, covenant enforcement and arbitration through the Florida Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes.
