The Condominium Governance Form is a publication intended as an informal educational overview of condominium governance.
The Access to Records Request is a form designed to facilitate the inspection process. Use of this form is recommended by the Division, but not required.
The Sample Candidate Certification Form (or a form similar to this one) may be submitted to the condominium association by a director within 90 days after being elected or appointed to the board. Alternatively, a director may submit a certificate of satisfactory completion of the educational curriculum administered by a division-approved condominium education provider. Note that a board member certification form similar to this one or a certificate of satisfactory completion of a Division Approved Educational Curriculum is now REQUIRED by Section 718.112(2)(d)3, of Chapter 718, Florida Statues.
