ASSOCIATION ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Tammy Kelly is a paralegal providing support to our association attorneys as association account specialist.  A graduate of the legal assistant program at Pensacola Junior College, Tammy enjoys interacting with the firm’s clients and managers to ensure their needs are met. She is responsible for administering pre-litigation collection and covenant enforcement efforts.

CERTIFIED PARALEGAL

Jenice Jones, CP, FRP, is a Florida Registered Paralegal who also holds a Certified Paralegal designation.  Jenice earned a B.A. from The University of West Florida in legal administration and has over sixteen years’ experience in the legal field.  Her primary area of focus involves association litigation, especially collections and covenant enforcement.

MARKETING DIRECTOR/PARALEGAL

Vicki Campbell directs CALG’s marketing and client relations efforts. Vicki is a graduate of Pensacola Junior College and the Leadership Pensacola Class of 2010.  With a long and distinguished background in the title industry, she was most recently the agency operations manager for First American Title.  Her primary areas of focus are marketing, community association manager (CAM) software training and real estate law. 

PARALEGAL/SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Joan Pujals is a paralegal/systems administrator with Coastal Association Law Group.  Joan is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with over twenty-five years’ experience in the legal field.  Joan excels in database management, file organization and client service.   A self-described “problem solver”, Joan’s primary responsibilities include administration of our file systems and paralegal support. 

DATA ADMINISTRATOR

Nina Jo-Ring provides support to our association attorneys and staff in her role as data administrator. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with a B.S. in marketing, Nina is responsible for maintaining the firm’s proprietary file management system, COASTAL CONNECT.
